BJJ Video: Eddie Bravo teaches rubber guard pump to arm bar
Eddie Bravo teaches the rubber guard flow from mission control, a failed zombie attempt, to crackhead control, and then using the pump method to secure an armbar:
If you don't have Mastering the Rubber Guard and Mastering the Twister and you do jiu jitsu or MMA then run your ass out to the store and get these two books or your're ass is going to be left behind. This shit is so revolutionary that in due time if you don't know what rubber guard is you're going to get tapped.
::.comment: The rubber(band)guard is a great tech, if you have the flex. Most pugilists under 170lbs can't perform it due to a lack of effort. Its simple training as follows. Stretch, stand-up, slam(the ground never misses) and submit. If you followed the father of modern MMA, Li Jun Fan(Bruce Lee) it would all suddenly be so clear. In his matches and his movies his fights end with submission. The Gracies are not great fighters, just opportunist. Their art is one dimensional, JKD targets all ranges/phases/levels. Just ask the Gracie Kill(Sakuraba) a catch wrestler. In his prime Frank Shamrock was untouchable(UFC22) just ask Tito. Jabs, close, clinch, slam and submit. Game over. Johnny Mash Wreck.

Jiu Jitsu Video: Nate Diaz vs Ryan Hall
Most people Nate Diaz from winning the Utlimate Fighter Season 5 and being Nick Diaz's little brother. Nate is a purple belt under cesar gracie jiu jitsu and recently competed against Ryan Hall in a grappling match. Ryan Hall has a crazy BJJ game and is definately one of the elite grapplers out there. His upside down guard is just insane and he can throw a triangle on and finish it from so many ways. I'll definitely be posting more of his video's in the future.
