Silva vs Henderson a possibility
Steve Sievert at The Houston Chronicle got intouch with Dan Hendo about another possible unification bout with Anderson Silva. He had this to say about dropping down to 185.
"I want to stay at 205 (pounds) for now, but I will give it some thought about going down," Henderson said. "If I did go down, I'd try to make them (UFC) a deal if I get the title and defend it so many times, that I would get to challenge for the title above."
Henderson says a fight against Anderson Silva is an attractive option, but isn't convinced the UFC would bring enough money to entice him.
After the fight with Rich Franklin it now seems as though there are only a few people in the world at 185 that could give Anderson Silva run for his money. Dan Henderson is one of them. Dan would take Anderson down eventually. I don't see Silva being able to knock Hendo out but it would be a good fight. I still think Anderson Silva walks away with the title.
