I gotta go to work tomorrow. Work is alright. It's just been stressful. On Friday I had to go setup a wireless router. Simple enough right? Well, I've only ever set them up with a WAN connection through a DSL or Cable modem or what have you. This time I was setting it up through a firewall. I've never done that before. But it should be simple. I set it up and I get to the configuration screen, and it's trying to detect and internet connection, it's not detectable because it's connected directly to the firewall and the WAN connection is going from the DSL modem to the firewall. So I'm confused I know I have to get to the configuration of the router to set it up. But I can't figure out why I can't just go to the IP address of the router and it works. It keeps bringing up this stupid setup process. Well, never the less I had to connect the router directly to the computer and set it up with a static address. The Router came preconfigured with a 192.168.0.1 address. The network I was on was using 192.168.150.x. I messed up there. I called the guy I work with and he got all pissed and said I'm not going to help you with this. So my boss calls and tells me what I have to do. I got all nervous like I'm going to lose my job because I didn't think about the IP addresses. I know that's basic stuff. I know how to do it, I just didn't think enough I guess. I'm trying to be cool with this guy I work with now but he gets all pissy at me sometimes. I know I'm not that good at it, I know I have a lot to learn but we all have to start somewhere. It's nothing to worry over though. As Johnny Depp would say "Fuck It". This dude sent me some graphics to see if he could get a shirt. They turned out pretty damn sweet. I'm into the gothic look like the HIM albums or these graphics. Check them out: I liked how they turned out. So being as how I'm still getting emails that are pretty boring if you're a graphics artist and want a radio bam shirt, design something with a gothic style that says 4twozero.com on it and if it's good I'll send ya a shirt or hook you up with an email address or something. Also, if you do decide to send me something and I do like it then you are therefore allowing me to use it on my site and modify it in anyway possible. I probably won't change it but if it's good enough I'll probably wanna use it somewhere or atleast feature it. Hey, I was just thinking a wallpaper would be nice. My desktop resolution is 1600x1200 so if you make one, make a big one. Ohh, and I'll also send you a shirt if you send me a stick of 512MB DDR Ram, or a DVD Burner. Speaking of desktops and stuff, I got some screens and some pictures that'll show you my set up and what exactly my computer looks like and where 4twozero.com comes from.
