As I'm sure most of us know, we lost a guitar god yesterday. 12.08.04. RIP dimebag. I've never been a HUGE pantera fan. I've liked some of the songs and I always thought dimebag was an amazing guitarist. Even though they haven't had such a huge impact on me I'm sure they have mad quite an impression on many others. The unfortunate part about it is, that the man died playing a concert. dimebag is fucking amazing on the guitar. Listen to any pantera or damage plan song and you'll see for sure. My favorite is probably cemetery Gate. That shit rocks. The guitar solo is one of a kind. Dime shreds shit so hard. In so many songs. It's safe to say that we have lost a guitar god, a one of a kind human being and a good man. RIP dimebag. This bud's for you.

Its just a damn shame how it happened too. A crazed fan runs on stage and shoots dime bag in the head 5 times. I've heard that he was shot in the chest or in the head. Either way its disgusting. It's not the cliche way for a rocker to die. Most times you hear about drug overdoses or stupid shit like that. The man was on stage, at a show rocking out like he had done many times before. So some crazy fucking asshole jumps on stage and unloads on him. I heard that up to 5 people were killed. Apparently, the guitar tech tried to give dimebag CPR and was shot while doing it. The assailant (Nathan Gale) then opened fire in the other direction towards the drummer vinnie paul. Apparently the drum tech for vinnie paul was hit twice in the leg. It is possible that the drummer Bobzilla was also shot and killed. Police aren't releasing any information on that. I heard this all off KBPI. So if anyone feels the need to email me by clicking here. What a sad day this is. Lets have everyone smoke a bowl of kind bud in memoriam of Dime Bag Darrel.
mini-rant Well what a fucking damper on things. And to top if off I've been searching for plane tickets so I can get my ass home for the holidays. I've been searching all over the place and finding shit that's been 450+ dollars. I was looking here at work today for something decent and I found some for like 335 so that's not to bad. It's still expensive as fuck. What kind of fucking travel company jacks up the cost of a plane ticket during Christmas. Does this seem ass backwards to anyone besides me? I'm a college student, working 40 hours a week to try and make ends meet. So in order for me to get home for Christmas I had to cough up my right arm and leg. They also wanted both my testicles. But I told the fuckers they couldn't have it. So I'm spending 350 on my ticket, plus I have to buy another insanely priced ticket to get my girlfriend out here too. It'll be alright but I'm going to be so poor for so fucking long. God I hate not having money.

It's just been a downright shitty week. I had thought of something clever to say but I lost it cuz I got interrupted by that annoying fucking beeping sound I keep hearing in my ear. Fuckers. Disturbed my writing process.
